This twisting move gets guaranteed results as it attacks the abs from various angles. The Bicycle is a classic ab workout that is still used to sculpt abs and can be performed slow or moderate for a more intense workout. Let’s get ready to sculpt those abs!

Perform as many as possible for 60 seconds and repeat for 3 repetitions. HELPFUL HINT: When alternating, extend your legs a maximum of 1 inch from the ground to feel the burn more in your abs!
