Perform the following exercises as a circuit using a moderate weight dumb bell:

  • 10 Bicep Curls (lower)
  • 10 Bicep Curls (upper)
  • 10 Bicep Curls (full range of motion)
  • 12 Overhead Dumb bell Extension (1 Dumb bell )
  • 12 Tricep kick-backs

Repeat 3 times to complete the circuit!
