Thanks to the “Worldwide Survey of Fitness Trends for 2018: The CREP Edition” published in American College of Sports Medicine’s Health & Fitness Journal, we now know what the predicted top trends will be this year.

1. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT involves short bursts of activity followed by a short period of rest or recovery, these exercise programs are usually performed in less than 30 minutes to perform (although it is not uncommon for these programs to be much longer in duration).
