Fort Belvoir Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) is hosting a Health and Fitness Expo on Thursday, January 17, 2019, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  The goal of the expo is to educate the Fort Belvoir Community about sleep, nutrition, wellness and physical activity.

Eligible participants include all Active Duty Soldiers, Dependents, Retirees, DoD Civilians and affiliated ID cardholders.  Attendees will receive a free t-shirt and will be entered into a drawing for door prizes!
