Mizani Fitness Government Health and Wellness Program specializes in the operation of fitness and wellness centers, health promotion programs, onsite fitness Programs and virtual fitness classes.  

Beneficiaries of Lyster Army Health Clinic are encouraged to attend weekly complimentary virtual Yoga classes starting April 5, 2021 from the comfort and safety of your residence or office!

Mizani Fitness Yoga classes combine mindful movement with breath to help you feel grounded, reduce stress/anxiety while calming the mind and body.   The virtual yoga classes streaming platform can be viewed on your mobile device, tablet, laptop or computer.   Please complete and submit the Virtual Yoga Classes Registration form below to attend the classes.

Virtual Yoga Classes Registration

    Mizani Fitness Virtual Yoga Classes - Once your complete your registration and sign the Mizani Fitness LLC waiver you will be able to attend the Virtual Yoga Classes. NOTE: Please ensure you provide your full name and accurate email address.

    Mizani Fitness LLC Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability: I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the Mizani Fitness online fitness classes offered. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation of the online fitness classes. I understand the risks associated with the online fitness classes and agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in the online fitness classes. I hereby WAIVE and RELEASE Mizani Fitness LLC, it’s owners, officers, contractors, employees and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the online fitness classes offered. In participating in the online fitness classes, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all damages, injuries, known or unknown, which may occur as a result of my participation in the online fitness classes or other fitness related activities. I have read the above Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions above.
